Jealousy and Envy: The Most Rampant Sins

The more I live, the more I am convinced that jealousy and envy are the most rampant sins on the face of this earth—by far. Take a moment to think about almost every movie you’ve seen. More often than not, the antagonist is driven by jealousy. And frequently, that jealousy comes from the people closest to us.

Think about your favorite film; I promise, you’ll see this pattern. The point I’m making is this: the most important thing we can ever do in this world is the work we do on ourselves. We must raise our vibration, raise our Christ consciousness. If we don’t do that, we’ll remain in a low vibration, making ourselves susceptible to every sin known to man—jealousy and envy included.

The truth is, the majority of people choose, yes, choose, not to do the work. They choose not to elevate themselves, not to raise their vibration. They choose to stay in the low vibration they’re comfortable in. People know what to do—they just choose not to do it. Instead, they complain. They blame others—family, friends, government, the weather. They point fingers rather than looking within. Doing the work takes effort, and the majority of people choose to avoid it.

What happens when someone chooses to rise above the low vibration? It’s the classic “crabs in a barrel” scenario. People will be jealous. They’ll be envious. What they won’t realize is that your drive to elevate highlights the fact that they’ve chosen not to. It’s not that they hate you, it’s that your progress shines a light on the fact that they’re not making the same effort. You’re not highlighting them directly, but your success highlights their inaction. It brings out their insecurities.

Let me say this clearly: jealousy and envy are the most rampant sins in the world. If you’ve been on this journey of giving the world the most healed and greatest version of you, everything in your life will change. The way you date, the way you talk, the way you walk, the way you dress, where you live, how you live, how you drive—everything will change once you do.

But I’ll warn you, this rabbit hole isn’t for the faint of heart. Everything will be stripped from you. There will be an isolation period. People and things will turn on you. But it’s not because of you. It’s the light you carry that irritates their darkness.

Count it all joy, though. As you go through this, when you come out the other side—when you’re born again, so to speak—your very presence will bring heaven to earth. You will change atmospheres. That’s the beauty of this journey.

For those who keep going/growing, I promise you, heaven on earth is something you can experience right here, right now, based on the decisions you make.

To my fellow dream builders, keep ascending. Yes, you’ll face warfare. But this is not personal; it’s spiritual. God always wins—no, God dominates. Your presence intimidates and brings darkness to its knees. You are the tower moment they’ve never seen coming and will never forget.

Keep going. You’re needed. You have what people need. Keep doing the inner/outer work—to give it to them. I see you champion.
