We have five beautiful and fresh new months to go until this year is over. Read that again. We are closer to 2025 than we are to 2024. My friend, no matter what the first part of the year has been like - whether amazing or the opposite - it really doesn't matter. Make your necessary adjustments, lace up your shoes, and get back in the game.

Yes, dust yourself off if needed, adjust your uniform, and get back into the starting lineup—your team needs you.

What team are you talking about, Dan? The team of people, places, and things that you were put here to serve. THAT team.

THAT team needs you.

You have what people need champion, and as you continue doing the inner and outer work, you'll be able to give more and more of the gift that is you to those people.

Yes, you. You have an inherent gift, and you can't do anything to stop it, get rid of it, or shake it...you don't have to believe it to be true, but it's still going to be true anyhow. That's how powerful and wonderfully made you are.

If you're looking for a sign, my friend, I hope this is the sign. It doesn't matter what the first half of this year brought you. It's okay if you dropped the ball, you're human...please give yourself grace, remember your "why," tie your shoelaces back up, fix your uniform, fix your hair if needed as well, lol, and get back in the beautiful game of life and play it like you've already won... because you have.

Change your mindset, change everything...and in turn you'll inspire many things: the people that you were put here to serve included.
