FRIDAY THOUGHTS: #222: HAPPINESS IS ON THE OTHER SIDE II
Happiness is on the other side II.
Was so good we had to do it twice lol...happiness is on the other side of doing the right thing. Meditate on that.
Want to be happy? Pursue your purpose like the quality of your life depends on it, because it does.
Want to be happy? Eat healthier, go to the gym. Want to be happy? Meditate, visualize, read and do affirmations consistently. Want to be happy? Read books for your mind, apologize when necessary, let things go when necessary, speak up when necessary and the list goes on.
Do you want to be happy? It's truly up to you.
Just imagine how you would feel one year from now if you truly did all those things you know you should?
Visualize that. That's in power to create.
If today at this very moment you are not feeling happy, this has absolutely nothing to do with any outside influence, it truly doesn't. It has everything to do with you. You're in control of your joy. Massive self-responsibility is key to your joy.
The person that will help you change your situation is the person that you look at when you look in the mirror.
Want to be happy? Start doing the things you know you should and the ripple effect will move mountains...not just in your life but in the lives of the ppl you were meant to bless.
