FRIDAY THOUGHTS #209: THE REASON IS DEEPER

The reason is deeper.

What is your reason for doing what you are doing? What gives your life meaning? What is the thing that you value the most? Now, I'm not talking religion or politics, respectfully, I'm simply asking you to answer the question truthfully.

What is the most valuable thing to you? 

I'll wait. 

Got it? Great.

Now, that thing could be your: family, health/fitness, bank account, spouse/partner, job/career, car, house, etc. It could be any of these things mentioned.

People take care of what they value. You can make a lot of money, have a great family, great career, great house and still be unhappy. Why? Because life is meant to be lived for a deeper reason than accumulating things. You were put here for a reason and when you find that reason you'll be able to share your inherent gifts to the rest of us on such a higher level.

When the most important thing in your life is fulfilling your God-given purpose...everything changes.

You'll be a better lover, a better spouse/partner,  a better friend, a better colleague, etc. The point that I'm making is that when the most important thing to you is YOU and fulfilling YOUR purpose, you'll do everything necessary to become the greatest version of yourself and when you do that you'll be able to share more love to everyone you come into contact with.

People take care of what they value and when your purpose comes first, you'll take care of YOU to the fullest in every area: mind, body, soul, relationships, finances, etc. When your purpose comes first you'll find the motivation to do all of those things you know you should: go to the gym, eat healthy, find your passions, meditate, etc. When your purpose comes first, you'll do whatever it takes with ease.

Read that last sentence again.

The goal in life my friend, is to find your purpose and give it away. It's the truest form of self-love. It's the greatest gift you'll ever give to everyone you come into contact with. The world needs what you have, continue doing the inner/outer work and give it to them. #bless
