FRIDAY THOUGHTS #207: BUTTERFLIES AND CATERPILLARS
Butterflies and Caterpillars.
The difference between humans and animals or any other living thing is: the ability to choose.
A pumpkin seed doesn't decide whether or not it will become a pumpkin when it's planted in the soil. An oak tree doesn't decide it's height while growing. A caterpillar doesn't decide whether or not it's worthy of being a butterfly while in the cocoon.
Nope, that's not the way it works.
However, us humans, we have the ability to choose what we will become. We decide how long, how wide and how just how high we will jump. We make that decision based off of who we believe we are and who we believe we are is directly correlated to our mindset, our programming. More specifically, our subconscious programming.
It's not your fault how you were programmed at a young age, it's not your fault at all how you were raised, it's not. It's not your fault, however, it's your responsibility to upgrade your programming and heal your wounds.
It's your responsibility.
It's your responsibility to give the world the greatest version of you. It's your responsibility to turn that pain into a message. It's your responsibility to find the beauty in every ugly situation.
That is your responsibility. That is your gift to the world.
You were not supposed to live life only as a caterpillar. You were meant to fly. There is a butterfly in you, there is something very beautiful in you. Continue doing the inner/outer work to share all of your inherent beauty with the rest of us. #bless
