FRIDAY THOUGHTS #118: TIPPING POINT
Tipping point.
We know through scientific studies that 95% of our daily thoughts come from our subconscious mind. We also know that from the third trimester up until the age of seven is when 95% of our subconscious minds are formed. Yes - these should all be very startling statistics. Essentially what I am saying is that we have been programmed since birth from society, family, parents, friends, culture, media, etc. and now as adults we are simply playing out the program we've had downloaded into us as children. The majority of people are not living their own lives they are simply living out lives that have been given to them and studies have shown that 70% of people's subconscious thoughts are filled with negative and self-limiting beliefs. No wonder the world is so unhappy. The majority are prisoners to the lives handed to them and have no idea how to escape.
This is incredibly sad.
If only people knew how to reprogram their subconscious mind to get the results in life they desire, their entire lives would change. If only people knew how to reprogram their subconscious mind, they would find true happiness. If only people knew how to reprogram their subconscious mind, they would learn how to never doubt themselves again. If only. Thankfully, you are one of the chosen few who not just have the knowledge, but apply the knowledge and are reaping the magical benefits.
You reprogram your subconscious mind in 4 main ways: reading, affirmations, visualizations and auto-hypnosis. We're only born with two fears - the fear of falling and the fear of a loud sound, our job is to reprogram our subconscious minds so we get back to factory settings.
When you are doing the inner work to reprogram your subconscious mind, it won't happen overnight, but eventually your mindset/perspectives will change. You'll one day hit a tipping point and you'll feel the changes, matter of fact, you'll even see the changes...it really is magical. Your fears will subside and in its place will be more and more confidence. You really are a superhero ladies and gentlemen. Truly.
It's like going to the gym...you can't expect to get in shape overnight, it takes time and consistency, however, in due time you will see the work you've put in. Everyone will see the work you've put in.
