FRIDAY THOUGHTS #107: ENERGY

Energy.

Everything is energy. When you look at the molecular structure of all matter you'll see that it is composed of atoms and molecules which essentially is made of...energy. We also know that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, which is great to note because humans are the only creatures on earth that have the ability to change their frequency based on their mindset...and we know that once a human matches the frequency of whatever it is he/she desires, in time that thing they desire will manifest in this physical realm. 

Yes, everything is energy and everything you desire is just a frequency away.

Read this first part again if needed. You are powerful beyond measure, and you can accomplish your wildest dreams if you just realized the sheer power of your subconscious mind. 99.9% of people don't realize how powerful they are, it's a shame and this is truly the number one cause of all pain and heartache - people's lack of awareness of their inherent greatness. 

Once people realize the power of their subconscious mind, they'll find true happiness and spread so much love in the world - it's your birthright.

I want you to think about something that happened today that bothered you...heck it may have even made you tear up with anger or sadness, or you may have wanted to physically hurt someone, or maybe it was just a minor inconvenience - do you have that "thing" in your mind? Good. Well, my message is that whatever it is that happened  to you today that bothered you - is your gift. Yes, it is a beautiful gift and your job is to figure out what that blessing in disguise is, because there is ALWAYS a blessing in it. The bigger challenges, the bigger the blessings. 

Become a black belt in finding the gifts in every storm and watch the peace, joy and ease follow you like a shadow. Enjoy this life journey, yes, it's very painful and at times it will bring you to your knees - but my friend it is all so worth it for the views on the other side of the mountain. People need what you have, continue to do the inner/outer work and give it to them. #keepgoing #enjoytheviews
