FRIDAY THOUGHTS #73: THE "PAPER" EXERCISE


The "Paper" Exercise.

I've long been a fan of Mr. Bob Proctor, I love his intensity and sheer wisdom when it comes to manifesting/creating your reality...to be honest, out of everyone I've ever heard speak on the topic, I doubt I've heard anyone more knowledgeable. Recently, I've been watching one of his remastered workshops, it is a 6-part workshop each episode is 2.5 hrs long...yes it's lengthy, however, the information received is worth every minute.

I host a monthly meetup online about spiritual development and financial literacy, and I've recently had everyone in the meetup experiment with the exercise... I call it: the "Paper" Exercise.

Feel free to join along in doing this exercise, it's an exciting way to fire up the subconscious mind to manifest the things you desire. More specifically this exercise focuses on manifesting any short term goal(s) that you have, whether it's losing 15 lbs, making $15k/month, saving $20k, going to the gym 2-3 times a week, cutting down smoking, etc. whatever short term goal you want to create this exercise will help you do that - this exercise works if you work it. I've already manifested my first short-term goal within a month of doing this exercise...I'm en route to manifesting my second short term goal by the end of this month. 

To follow along with myself and the meetup, here are the steps to the exercise, enjoy it! It's exciting and a lot of fun. :)

Step 1: Grab a piece of paper.

Step 2: Write down on the piece of paper: "I'm so happy and grateful now..."

Step 3: Think about a short-term goal that is meaningful to you...then fill in the blank with that goal. Ex: "I am so happy and grateful now that I go to the gym consistently 3 times a week". For some this could be a short term goal you use, etc. Fill this in accordingly.

Step 4: Fold that piece of paper up and carry it with you everywhere you go during the day. Make sure you read it at least three times a day: read it first thing in the am when you wake up, read it sometime during the day and read it right before you go to sleep.

That's it.

What makes this work, like anything else you attempt to accomplish comes down to simply one thing: consistency. Don't expect this to work if you're reading this once a week, you need to follow these rules without changing anything...the more you read the paper the better. If you follow these rules, even if you don't even understand why you're doing it - you will still get the results. Yes, results will come whether you like it or not lol, what you are doing is reprogramming your mind. 

The very moment you write the thing you desire you've created a "picture" of that thing in your mind - very important. The moment you speak aloud the words written you are gently and slowly updating your subconscious programming - with enough repetition, your subconscious mind will accept this idea as being true and at that the right time the Universe/God will get out of the way to make sure that you manifest your truth.

This is simplified, however, this is the basics of how this works. Again, you don't have to believe it to see the results...but to everyone of you that understands how the subconscious mind works this exercise makes perfect sense. Feel free to add this to your repertoire and once you achieve your desired results please let me know your experience - I'd love to hear it!
